Please feel free to return items that are in unworn and unwashed condition, within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund. Items must be purchased from http:shop.WFCPhilly.com. We do not accept returns for purchases made in store.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please include a Merchandise Return Form. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
You may also return items purchased from shop.WFCPhilly.com to the Team Store at the Wells Fargo Center with a copy of your online receipt. If you can not provide a copy of your online receipt, only size exchanges will be allowed. Please contact our Customer Support Team with any questions about in-store returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased online.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed below, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.
