Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
Please feel free to return items that are in unworn and unwashed condition, within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund. Items must be purchased from shop.WFCPhilly.com or the Wells Fargo Center merchandise stores.
Return Exceptions:
- Worn or damaged merchandise is not returnable. If the merchandise was damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Support Team before returning.
- Custom merchandise, such as jerseys, may not be returned unless the item is defective, or the order was fulfilled incorrectly. Some custom player jerseys can be returned with special permission. Please contact our Customer Support Team for approval on any custom jersey return.
- Orders cannot be refunded after 180 days.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please include a Merchandise Return Form and a copy of the receipt. Your return will generally be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. When your return is processed, you will receive a call or email notification. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
You may also return items purchased from shop.WFCPhilly.com to the Team Store at the Wells Fargo Center with a copy of your online receipt. If you cannot provide a copy of your online receipt, only size exchanges will be allowed. Please contact our Customer Support Team with any questions about in-store returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased online.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, you should return the unwanted item(s) using the standard return procedure listed below, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s). Due to the nature of our business, this is the most efficient means by which an exchange can take place; we cannot otherwise guarantee that your requested replacement item would be in stock by the time we receive your return.
Instructions
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible, and with all tags, paperwork, parts and accessories.
- Enclose a completed Merchandise Return Form with the item. CLICK HERE to download a merchandise return form.
- Send your package to c/o Fan Gear Store, Wells Fargo Center, 3601 S. Broad St, Philadelphia, PA 19148 via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Shop.WFCPhilly.com is not responsible for any additional shipping fees unless your merchandise was damaged or defective. C.O.D.s will not be accepted.
- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package arrives at our warehouse.
- Once we have received your package at our fulfillment center, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds are issued to the original card used to make the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once the return is issued.
